Exchange Policy
We have a 14 day exchange policy, from the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange/ refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn/unused with tags still on. You will also need to provide proof of purchase by providing original receipt. Types of items that cannot be returned for refund or exchange due to hygiene and public safety are hair/jewelry accessories, body suits, and all swimwear items. They are all final sale. All instore Promo sales are final sale. No refunds/credits will be issued on final sales.
