Return/Refund Policy
Please read the following regarding our policy on Returns/Refunds.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn / unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at suaveboutique3@gmail.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and public safety, like Tanning lotions / bronzers, SPF lotions, hair accessories, bodysuits and all Swimwear. Non exchangeable and sale products are FINAL SALE.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Due to limited quantities of products at our Boutique, the item you may need to exchange might not be available. In those instances, we would gladly give in store credit for future purchases. These items include but are not limited to Jewelry and Home Decor items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.You’ll be refunded on your original payment method. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Order Not Delivered or Returned to Sender
In the event that your order is returned to us undelivered there is a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we offer a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
Please make sure that your address is correct when you place your order!.
